Waited until I had my deposit in my account to write this. Worst landlord I've had in 20+ years of renting. Joanna was impossible to get a hold of and I had to follow up on issues multiple times to get them resolved. It took them over 30 days to return our deposit, during which I had to call multiple times and mention California Civil Code 1950.5. Even so, they made us come pick it up since it had "gotten lost in the mail." Twice. When we did pick up the check, there was no itemized statement, and nobody could seem to tell us whether anything was taken out. Once our kitchen sink flooded at the beginning of a long weekend and they wanted us to wait until the next business day (4 days away) to get it fixed. So just not have a working kitchen sink. I guess I should just not cook during that time? I had to threaten to hire a plumber myself and take it out of my next rent check before they grudgingly agreed to send someone out and fix it. They were so slow to respond to anything, but very fast when the owner wanted to complain about how we weren't maintaining the backyard the way she wanted (i.e. everything stripped down to bare dirt). I'd love to know how she was keeping tabs on that, it seems she was just walking onto the property when she felt like it I'm sure they're great for owners, but renters: stay away!
