I worked with Ukiyo Property Management for renting out our home in the East Bay while away on business, and would like to highly recommend them. We had some unique needs for our property and tenant that other property managers didn't want to deal with, but Nick and his team worked with us to find a solution that work out for everyone. There team is professional and top quality, and will adapt handle custom arrangements as needed. They put in extra effort to solve a tricky issue, which gave me confidence that they can take care of our property well. I strongly recommend that you consider Ukiyo if you are looking for a property manager!

My wife and I can’t speak highly enough of Ukiyo Property Management Inc. From the detailed and accurate housing description, a convenient self-guided tour, and a fast and very efficient application process; it’s been a very streamlined process from the get go. So far we worked with Erica and April, they’ve made the process of renting our new home very easy for us. They have been highly professional, fast, and caring. The staff is excellent in communicating with us and she was very thorough in answering our questions. Their website and ease of use services also make it much more efficient and stress free. We are currently enjoying our new home in Richmond and we are very fortunate to have their guidance and support with this new chapter of our lives.

Nick was my property manager for many years before I retired from investment properties, and moving out of the state. The tenants often complimented him for being professional, accessible, and direct. Nick understands the very complex, ever changing rules and laws of the California rental climate - which is complicated especially given the tenant bias - especially post Covid. I enjoyed working with him and he has great insight on how to deal with different personalities and strategies. I recommend him very highly and was sad to lose him as a colleague.

Finding a rental in the East Bay can be overwhelming—there are so many scams out there. Working with the leasing team at Ukiyo Management was a breath of fresh air. The process was smooth and professional. I got approved in just two days, viewing the property was super easy, and I can’t wait to get my keys. Highly recommend!
