I was preparing for a road trip and decided to stop at Martin Tire on Montana to have my tire pressure checked. I had never been there before and was a bit hesitant, but since it was just a pressure check, I didn’t think there was much risk. Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I arrived, an employee named Rick approached me right away. I asked him to check my tire pressure, which he began doing immediately. However, he did not check the driver-side door for the manufacturer’s recommended PSI and instead went straight to inflating the rear driver-side tire. After he finished, I asked what PSI he set it to, and he said 36 PSI. I explained that my vehicle calls for 35 PSI and that I would prefer the tires be set to 34 PSI if possible. His response was sarcastic—he asked if I wanted them at 34.5 or something more specific. I was surprised, as I had asked politely. I calmly replied that I wasn’t concerned with that level of precision and simply wanted them set to 34 PSI. His poor attitude continued, and he even asked if I wanted to check the tires myself. At that point, I decided to look for the manager to avoid further escalation. The manager, Jesus, came outside, listened to my concerns, and immediately apologized. He explained the recommended cold tire pressure and finished inflating the tires on my truck. He handled the situation professionally and did a great job turning the experience around. It’s disappointing that it took getting management involved just to receive decent service. Due to the employee’s attitude and lack of professionalism, I do not recommend this location. 12/18/2025 David R.

These guys are so awesome. Excellent customer service, excellent mechanic services. I needed an alignment while traveling and Decided to check these guys out. Good referral thanks. The next time I needed an alignment , i'm coming back to these guys every time. Now that I know as I have to update and upgrade my car , I can trust these guys with it. Cheers

For all your automotive needs, stop by and ask for Rick. Rick was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Answered all my automotive needs and took his time to address all of my concerns. I highly recommend Martin tire company and ask for Rick. Thank you Rick for going above and beyond. Will definitely be back and recommend to all my peeps.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop! I had to order tires, and the team at Martin Tire on Montana was incredibly professional, offered great prices, and went above and beyond to take care of me. There was a small hiccup, but they fixed it on the house without hesitation. I’ll definitely be returning, highly recommend!
