Signature PPF did an outstanding job with the PPF and ceramic coating on my Yukon Denali. The results are absolutely flawless—you can’t even tell the protection is there. Their craftsmanship is second to none, and the attention to detail truly shows. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier paint protection. Mike was a pleasure to work with, and his passion for his craft is evident in every step of the process. If you want to protect your whip and keep it looking fresh, this is THE shop in El Paso to go. After I got my Golf R, I scoured reviews from both the EP and Cruces area for a shop to apply protective treatment - SPPF was the best, and for good reason. I did their Track Package for PPF which included full front protection + side skirts. I requested additional film application to the high wear points (door cups, door sills, trunk loading area of the rear bumper, and gloss black section of interior center console) and they did that for a nominal amount. They also ceramic coated the non-PPF sections of the vehicle. Within the context of these types of services, their pricing is quite reasonable. Amy and Mike were excellent at communicating and answering all of my questions before, during, and after the services provided. This shop has great attention to detail and clearly takes pride in the quality of work the work that they do. During a follow up appointment, Mike provided hands on training on how best to wash and care for the car. Additionally I was given specific product recommendations for cleaning my vehicle and preserving the ceramic & PPF treated areas for years to come. I highly recommend Signature PPF without single reservation to anyone looking to protect and maintain their vehicle’s best appearance in our dry, sandy EP climate.

Mike at Signature PPF is on another level. We previously got our Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport ceramic coated and applied PPF to the front portion. Today we took it in for its 6-month maintenance, and he went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was in absolute top-notch shape. His attention to detail is always surreal. On top of that, Mike even took the time to help us vinyl wrap our taillights….something he doesn’t even offer. That alone says everything about his work ethic and commitment to his customers. He’s extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and clearly takes pride in what he does. There’s zero guesswork with him. We always know our vehicle is in the best hands possible. We trust Mike with our vehicle 100% and wouldn’t take it anywhere else. If you’re looking for quality, honesty, and next-level service, this is the place. HANDS DOWN!

After doing research and some careful consideration I have found that Signature PPF (Detail Plug) is the only place I’d ever go in El Paso. Mikes customer service along with prompt and knowledgeable responses to all my questions has been some of the best customer service I’ve experienced when it comes to his line of work. He has a great attitude and true understanding of what he’s doing which results in outstanding quality. So basically I ended up at Signature PPF with my grandmothers new Mercedes. I explained to Mike that I wanted to get my grandmothers vehicle detailed and ceramic coated after another shop had done a horrible job and taken advantage of her leaving swirls and charging her too much to wash it. He was happy to help get her new car looking how it should have in the first place — the results were amazing. He’s an honest dude who really has a passion for what he does. Signature PPF prices are competitive and all Mikes products are top of the line. I’d highly recommend at the very least stopping by and seeing for your self, you won’t be disappointed. He’s the best at what he does he doesn’t just play the part like a lot of other nearby shops that offer similar services. Please do yourself a service and don’t just go somewhere to save money especially when you will most likely have to have it done again if they mess up. You will have to spend double for something that could be done correctly the first time around with the rite shop . Signature PPF is my only recommendation to anyone living in or visiting El Paso and needs the type of service he offers.

Signature PPF formerly known as EP Detail Plug Mike is very professional, has high attention to detail and his work is super consistent. I had taken my 2026 BMW M3 COMP to Tint World for ceramic tint where I had bad outcome with the product and installation (they scratched one of my window and the inside side bar of my windwhield, had to take my brand new car back to bmw to replace part, I had barely driven it at this point) Then I went to Mike at Signature PPF, he fixed my tints and I ended up getting PPF on the whole car with ceramic coating. Mike’s work is on another level. He has subcontracted a pro disassembler who works on BMW Ms, Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis… the subcontractor disassembles doors, headlights, rear lights…to make sure that Mike hugs his PPF products around seams without having to cut around it to avoid peels in the future. I recommend Signature PPF to anyone that likes to cherish and maintain their valuables. I have not had one single bad outcome with Mike and his staff. Amazing work ethic man. Keep it up!
