Took my beloved Elysee watch to Martin which hadn’t had a service in 20 years and the face had become misted. Watch was serviced and repaired within 7 days and the quality of work was simply outstanding. Thanks Martin. Highly Highly Recommend.

Phoned Martin's for some advice / ballpark quote for ring engraving. It is local to me and I saw it had great reviews. Unfortunately, the woman on the phone was extremely short and unhelpful - one word answers and clearly wasn't in the mood for customer service . I felt like I had inconvenienced her by calling. Shame as it is good to support local...

Lost the pin for my Raymond Weil watch. Contacted a number of Watch repair shops. Was advised that they would have to send it to RW and dependent upon time and work required would be unable to quote. Called Martins of Glasgow. Gentleman was most helpful. Bring it in and will have a look. May be able to Fix when you are in. Called, replaced the pin and "no charge." Thank you . Now know where to come when I need battery replaced and not pay £70 at certain shops. That is what I call Customer Service. THANK YOU

This place was recommended by a friend and so I made the lengthy journey from Ayr to get here however, the shop assistant working today was incredibly standoffish and clearly didn’t want the custom. She was condescending, rude and lacks the social skills required to serve the public as previous reviews have mentioned. I’ll likely never return.

Very friendly service in a real Glasgow gem. Worth a look in for any fan of watches or clocks. Did a quick bracelet resizing on a vintage watch for me in a matter of minutes. I'll definitely be back. Thank you very much.
