I needed some work done on my building but wasn't sure what it would entail, we don't handle anything construction related so it was a shot in the dark. Patrick their estimator took time out of his day to educate me on everything, explain to me how things work, what would be required, while also giving me his personal advice given his decades in the industry. It genuinely seemed like he cared about not just the job, but what route would be best for me regardless of who I went with. He was very informative and helpful. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Patrick was absolutely fantastic! I was out of state when my relative's home was damaged storm. I contacted Marwood Construction on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, and he took the time to call me back personally to see how Marwood could help. Then he drove all the way over to the property and showed me everything on video, so he could make sure the property was safe before the holiday. Bonus! Marwood provided the best bid for the repairs!
