Dan Winters was great! I was referred to him by a friend who was also in realty. Moving states can be scary, but Dan was extremely helpful with helping me buy my first home in the Minneapolis area! He made the process as smooth as possible and I am grateful my friend connected us. I have already recommended him to a friend who is looking to buy as well!

We connected with Dan Winters, our agent, through a nephew that is a very good friend. Our house sold in the Macalester - Groveland neighborhood in St. Paul. Dan and his whole crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. The other companies that they recommended, ( for inspections, electrical changes, closing etc) were also top notch. I can’t say enough about how thorough and positive everyone was. I definitely will be recommending Dan Wnters and the whole group to anyone in the future.

This is long overdue, but I had met Dan 1 1/2 year prior before buying my townhome. I really appreciated the fact that he and his team worked so fast to find me a home as my apartment lease was coming to an end. His customer service, everything leading to closing was amazing. Thank you so much Dan for the bag of goodies, the gift card and even the snack box you sent in the mail. Such a nice finishing touch. Buddy and I appreciate you now that we have a home to call ours.
