I recently had them come out to assess and diagnose an issue with the heating in my new home. Derek identified the problem right away, but what really stood out was that even after resolving it quickly, he still took the time to run a full system check to make sure everything else was functioning properly. As a first‑time homeowner, I really appreciated how thorough he was. He walked me through everything he was doing and even showed me how to change all the filters. He truly went above and beyond, brought heat back to our home, and turned what started as a major stress into a genuinely informative and reassuring experience.

I had a new hot water heater installed this morning by Gavin and Tyler. They were outstanding. Arrived on time and went right to work explaining things to me as they went along making sure I felt comfortable. They completed the installation in just a few hours. It was amazing. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing their services. From start to finish, it was a pleasure.

I can’t recommend the team at Maryland Heating and Air enough! If I could, I would give them 5++++ stars!!! Our heating system stopped working, and they fit us in immediately. Bill, the technician, was prompt and on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the part on his truck, so it was fixed the same day. There was no waiting for part orders, which was amazing! I’ve been using them for regular maintenance, and every interaction is exceptional. From scheduling to the technicians, the entire team is friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They truly care about their customers. If you need heating or air services, this is the team to call. I highly recommend them and will happily refer them to everyone I know!

I recently had a new (two) AC system installed by Maryland Heating & Air , and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The team provided a thorough inspection of my old system and gave me a detailed estimate. They took the time to explain the best options based on my property size and energy needs. No hidden fees—everything was transparent. The installation crew arrived on time and was very professional. They installed the new units with great care, and made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving the space spotless. I highly recommend for a new AC installation.
