I began my services with an amazing stretch with Alexius then transitioned to a trigger point therapy massage with Ingrid at the Massage Envy at the Rotunda. My hips and upper right shoulder trap have been so tight, for years, but Ingrid really put in work. While not the most comfortable session, I certainly felt relief afterwards. Alexius and Ingrid are the dream team and I will continue to book my appointments with them. Their attention to care and wellness is unmatched!

I had a 60 min stretch and massage with Angela. Angela was fantastic. During my stretch she noted high need areas and used the data that she collected during my first service to facilitate focal points during my massage. She was a joy and pleasure to work with.

It was my first time going to a Massage Envy- Angela was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. She took the time to focus on my problem areas and really understood the assignment! When I knew I can use my HSA towards this, I fully plan to visit Angela more often for her to continue working on my concerns as she kept notes for this very reason!

What can I say?! I just had THEE BEST full body stretch from Craig! He started off the service asking questions about problem areas and any medical conditions and after that it was heavenly. He was very efficient, found all areas of tightness and stretched them completely. This was a service I recommend for everyone.

I’ve gotten 2 facials with Chanel now and I’ve really enjoyed my services! Ive gotten a 60 and 90 minute facial from her and she uses the full time and makes the experience feel luxurious. She works with intention and makes at home recommendations and explains her reasoning in terms I understand. I will be back to her!
