Overall had a great experience ! I don’t get my nails done very often, so I’m not an expert on what’s considered normal or high quality. The staff were nice and welcoming, and everything was done quickly, which I appreciated. I did notice a bubble effect, and I wished the tips were filled in a bit more. That said, I’m open to the possibility that this may just be my own inexperience with nail services. It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but I also recognize I don’t have much to compare it to. I also had my hair cut, and Amber was wonderful! My hair feels so much healthier now, even if we did have to cut about 6 inches haha. It was 10 degrees outside and -15 with wind chill, so I was a bit surprised that a blow dry wasn’t included because I was freezing once I left, which I just assumed this may be store policy and I recognize I didn’t push it due to my own fear of wanting to be accommodating. I’ve never had a haircut where they didn’t blow dry my hair, however I’m not from the area so it very well may be the norm around here! She was kind enough to partially dry it for me, which I appreciated. I’d probably ask for this service in future before making my appointment.
