Warm atmosphere from the moment you walk in, and Haining is truly gifted. The massage felt both deeply relaxing and genuinely therapeutic. You can tell she knows exactly how to adjust the pressure and focus on the right spots without even being asked. By the end, every bit of tension was gone and I felt light and calm. Definitely one of the best massage experiences I’ve had and I’ll be coming back for Haining specifically.

I recently had a massage in LA and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming, with soft music and a really relaxing atmosphere. The therapist was attentive and asked about any sore areas before starting, which made a big difference. The pressure was perfect enough to release all the tension but still gentle enough to make me feel completely relaxed. I walked out feeling lighter, like all the stress I’d been carrying was gone. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time and reminded me how important it is to take time for myself. I’ll definitely be going back.

The massage was exactly what I needed after a stressful week. The therapist knew how to target all the tense spots without ever being too rough, and the pressure felt just right. The space was calm, clean, and welcoming, which made it easy to fully relax. I left feeling lighter, more flexible, and genuinely refreshed. It’s rare to find a massage that hits all the right notes, and this one absolutely did.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this spa, and while it’s not necessarily a bad place, it’s definitely… unique. One concern I feel compelled to mention is the way some interactions made me question whether all guests are treated equally. As a person of color, I didn’t always feel fully respected or welcomed, and that’s something I hope the management takes seriously. On another visit, my massage therapist seemed unwell and mentioned not feeling great—possibly as a reason for the lack of effort during the session. I understand that everyone has off days, but when you’re paying for a professional service, you expect consistency and care. There were also moments that felt a bit too casual for a spa setting. For example, some staff offered their personal phone numbers, which blurred the lines of professionalism. It wasn’t aggressive or inappropriate, just unexpected and not something I’d associate with a well-run wellness space. Overall, this spa has potential, but it needs stronger boundaries and a more inclusive, professional culture to truly earn repeat visits. I hope they take feedback seriously and work toward creating a space where every guest feels valued and cared for.

(My husband's pic is on this but I'm Tina writing this!) Massage In L.A. is Wonderful. I was a successful self-employed Massage Therapist in Beverly Hills for 30 years & I want to say that not only is the experience inside this small business so: nice, so welcoming (Ken is great), so accommodating & peaceful - also the Massage Therapist I chose, Jessie, is so good that I have considered her better than I was. She's highly skilled, intuitive, quiet, and I can tell she loves body work, which I did too. At every session she's honed-in on what I need, without me even knowing. It's So good -sorry for all the "so's"- that I have to drive home carefully on side streets! Yea for a Great business.
