I haven't been to a chiropractor for the past few years since the one I went to retired. I've looked for a chiropractor who practices more than one technique for treating a bulged / herniated disk for a friend and liked what I read about Dr Karr at West Los Angeles Chiropractic. Recently I developed a back pain and tightness that wouldn't go away and requires chiropractic adjustments and I came to Dr Karr. I'm very pleased so far. I've had a few adjustments by Dr Karr and the condition have already improved so it's not bothering me constantly. He'll be using x rays and MRI images (MRI done elsewhere) to identify problems areas in my spine which cause some of the pain and where a treatment for disk conditions will be used. I'm looking forward to that. He is personable, professional, attentive, and patient. Betty, working both at at the office front desk and assisting is excellent. She is personable, attentive and helpful.

I went in for TMJ and ongoing neck issues. At first I could barely open my mouth, after about a month of treatment, my TMJ issue is almost completely gone. My neck feels so much better, and l've noticed continuous improvement since I started seeing him. He's very detailed and pays close attention to what's going on. I'm really glad I found him and would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with TMJ or chronic neck issues!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Karr for over 10 years. Each time that I visit him, I am treated with extreme professionalism and support. He has helped successfully address my pain several times (even after one visit) and recently he has offered diagnosis assessments towards the right treatments to help me heal. Truly life-changing care! I came to West LA Chiropractic ® dealing with debilitating constant sciatica for over a year. I had wasted so much time at other offices that gave me no real improvement. No one ever mentioned Spinal Decompression as an option until I found Dr. Karr—and I wish I had come here first. He's the best chiropractor in Los Angeles hands down. I used the decompression machine for about 3 months, along with Laser Therapy and strengthening exercises on the MedX machines, which I really liked. The treatments were given in stages based on my progress, and I felt myself improving every week. Dr. Karr also put me on supportive supplements to help the torn tissue heal. I used the Metagenics formulas he recommended, and his online prices beat Whole Foods and Bristol Farms by a mile. I even decided to continue the women’s formula for daily wellness. Today, my sciatica is almost completely gone. I’m back to playing tennis, and surgery is no longer on the table. The office is beautiful, welcoming, and easy to park at. And a special thanks to Betty, who helped bill my insurance—no other office was even willing to try, and mine actually covered part of my treatment! I highly, highly recommend this office. I been dealing for herniated disc for almost a year and I have tried adjustments, therapy and epidural injections..... nothing has worked. The decompression treatment from dr karr at WLAC on the TRX 900 is the only alternative to avoid surgery and really have long term results.....I have spent lots of money with treatments mention and not got results. Great treatment at WLAC. Will I had know of this before the other treatments I definitely will had done it.
