I have been visiting this massage center since quite a long time its good experience location is perfect cozy and relaxing.. Now I wanna talk about Amy (massage therapist). I got chance twice, to get a service with amy and she is amazing. I mean when I say this I really mean it. The way she cares, she pampers your body she will tell you some techniques to keep your relaxing. I love it how she welcomes everybody with right questions and warm service. Must recommended. Looking forward to meet her again and again..

I have been going to massage works for the past two years. All the employees are welcoming and great! Rachel is wonderful, compassionate and always cares about her client. Recently had to book with Amy and she was amazing as well. She started with the right questions and really helped me with my shoulder. Highly recommend this location!

I cannot say enough great things about Tanisha Douglas at Massage Works (900 Fairview Crescent, Kitchener). From the moment you walk in, her warm and professional demeanor instantly puts you at ease. She has an incredible ability to find and relieve tension you didn’t even realize you were holding. Every session with her feels personalized—she listens carefully to your concerns and tailors the treatment to exactly what you need. Her hands are pure magic! Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, or just need a moment of relaxation, Tanisha provides the perfect balance of deep therapeutic work and soothing touch. She is not only highly skilled but also deeply passionate about her craft, which shines through in every session. Tanisha’s knowledge of the body, her expert techniques, and her ability to create a calming atmosphere make her an absolute gem. She goes above and beyond to ensure you leave feeling better than ever. I’ve had massages before, but none compare to the level of care and attention Tanisha provides. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage therapist, look no further. Tanisha is a true asset to Massage Works, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. If I could give more than five stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amy is extremely good at what she does. I’ve had massages with many but her techniques and personality is incredible. So happy I tried out this place. Can’t wait to see her again

Nice location. Its clean and easy to book. I was really cold during my whole massage, even under a blanket. It would be nice if they had heated beds or didn’t have the AC on so high. My massage with Jacob was good but unfortunately because I was cold it was hard for me to relax. I doubt I’ll return.
