I accepted an assignment with this agency. Twenty hours before the start they still had not sent an address or the name of my team. I emailed and was told the assignment had been canceled the day before. No payment, no apology, no good.

I sent a request for a ASL interpreter on 2/9/25 . I received no phone call or email to speak with anyone. Today is 2/15/25 and I called them early this morning. I was told to call back after 9am to speak with someone in the ASL department. I called back and the same lady from this morning answered and acted like she wasn’t the person that answered my phone call this morning. And she said they don’t give quotes over the phone, which is fine, but why would she tell me to call back then? Very frustrating and Very unprofessional of them because I needed them for 2/16/25 .

We used this service to help translate and explain some legal documents from English to Swahili for some clients and our interpreter, James Otaru, was fantastic. He was the perfect mix of professional and personable and easily made our clients feel heard, understood, and "at home" in the conversation as they said themselves. We are so thankful for James and would use him again!!!
