We came in 45 minutes before closing and our Sales associate was amazing and helped us quickly find what we needed to outfit two guest rooms in our house. They were fast, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed even though they had to stay after hours. We're getting everything delivered in less than a week. It was really a fantastic experience.

I’m a designer based in Kansas City, and while visiting family for the holidays, my cousin and I stopped by Mathis in search of a new sideboard and dining table. I was thoroughly impressed—not only by the breadth and quality of the selection, but by the exceptional service we received. Sonya Schneider assisted us, and she was outstanding. We wanted to view the table both with and without the leaf and compare it with several different chair options. She handled every request quickly, graciously, and with genuine attentiveness. As a designer, I was equally impressed with the craftsmanship and durability of the pieces we viewed. I have no doubt this set will serve my cousin well for years to come. Overall, it was an excellent experience and a true testament to the level of service at Mathis.

Sonya was such a fantastic help. I found the perfect set of furniture, not at all the furniture I was looking for but it’s my style to a T and she also helped me find the perfect ottoman (not matchy matchy) to complement it. Jarod was a huge help getting us fit with the perfect mattress and even threw in pillows and brackets for a headboard. We will have furniture in our new home for the holidays thanks to you two, Sonya and Jarod Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for all of your help and staying late!
