Matt and Courtney are wonderful to work with. They have completed my taxes since 2019 and every year they have been responsive, timely, and professional. I got myself in a mess and they were patient, caring, gave me instructions about what was needed and even contacted me to see how they could help move the process forward. I am new to the area, and this is my first year working with Matt. The process of preparing my tax return was so easy and seamless. Matt is also very responsive if you reach out with questions. I recently opened a business, and needed some clarification regarding sales & use tax. Matt was kind enough to call the NCDOR for me to help get the information I needed. He really goes above and beyond to take care of his clients, and I’m very happy to be working with him.
