I started my journey with Matt 2 months ago. I called him and scheduled an appointment to see the gym and see options for me. I have had several back, knee and hip surgeries and was concerned that would be overlooked. From the moment I met Matt I knew he was the trainer for me. He listens to me, he takes my physical limitations into consideration each and every workout. He not only is a trainer but gives suggestions on clean eating and had knowledge and experience in stretching and physical therapy techniques. So far I have lost 14 pounds and 6 inches in 2 months but gained a whole lot of self esteem and confidence. Matt is amazing and knowledgeable in all areas. He LISTENS yet gives suggestions. He encourages and is truly happy for each goal you meet and encourages when you don’t feel you’ve met your goal. I 1000% recommend Matt and this gym.
