Think warehouse vibe, no frills, just results. I booked a one-on-one functional fitness session with Joseph, who also happens to be the owner, and he was phenomenal. We hit rowers, skiers, sled pushes, core work, even the assault bike — the kind of total-body, HIIT-style workout that checks every box. Joseph paid close attention to form, pacing, and made sure the session flowed efficiently without wasting a minute. What I really appreciated was the small-scale setup. You’re not packed in with a bunch of people fighting for space — it’s more intimate and personal, which makes a big difference if you like focused training. Customer service was on point, and the energy stayed motivating from start to finish. No fancy amenities or post-workout frills here — just solid programming, good coaching, and a gritty, get-it-done atmosphere. Not quite a 5-star luxury experience, but definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want something straightforward, efficient, and sweat-approved. Note; Location can be a bit tricky to find , go around to left side of building for entrance and look for the sign .
