Step 1: MD Pro Contracts rescued us after we had significant damage to our roof, during Storm Amy on 3rd October. Martin came to assess the damage early the next morning and took professional drone photos. As soon as it was safe to access the roof, the team installed a temporary cover, to prevent further damage, as we had 6 missing ridge tiles and the roof of the dormer window had blown off. An assessment report and estimate were provided that evening, which was submitted to support the house insurance claim, along with the photos. The drone photos have been essential in dealing with the claim. Step 2: As soon as we got the go ahead from the house insurance, Md Pro Contracts replaced and rebedded the ridge tiles, as well as insulating and cladding the dormer window in PVC. Martin and the team have been professional and reliable, and the communication has been excellent. We are delighted with the results. I highly recommend this company. Great job Martin and Team! Reliable, efficient and professional from start to finish and delighted wasn't left with a mess to clear up afterwards! Multiple roof repairs carried out including fitting dry verge caps, repointing lead valleys and replacing pvc cladding on dormer windows and reponting ridgetiles. Would recommend. Thank you.
