VerifiedMichael arrived at my property assuring of their 10 year paint guarantee with 2 years service warranty. PVC sheets were wrapped around the exterior to prevent overspray. I was assured the biocide would terminate Algae and Lichen after which they would return in a few weeks to allow the treatment to work. Michael, his Dad & brother returned and painted my roofs in 1x day, our white UPVC guttering was over sprayed with black paint. I complained to Michael, he informed white spirits would remove the paint! I made it clear, it was not my responsibility to climb the roofs and fix their mess but he expressed how they were finished and left with full payment. 1 year later Algae and Lichen returned of which Michael and his brother returned for 1x day and informed me the job was again complete. 9x months and the same issues returned. Michael now trades under 'Precision Roofing Specialists' and ignores all communication
