New spot in the East Sac area. If you’re looking for a good gyro wrap that is reasonably priced you need o check this spot out. I will definitely be coming back for more Mediterranean food. I really want to try the baklava ice cream next time.

The pomegranate chicken was absolutely outstanding. The chicken was incredibly tender—honestly one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. On top of that, the owner was extremely generous and kind, adding extra meat and extra pita for us. Amazing food and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend!

Some friends and I came to Mediterranean Bistro & Roastery for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was a later lunch, but we were surprised to see a steady flow of customers through the restaurant. The space itself is small, but we grabbed a spot in one of the booths. The owner warmly and promptly greeted us and provided us with menus. After looking over all of the delicious options, I settled on a Greek salad with a side order of falafel. My one friend also ordered a Greek salad and a side order of falafel, while my other friend ordered the chicken Shawarma wrap. We appreciated the owner’s honesty in letting us know that the quality of his current cucumbers was not up to his standard, so he omitted them from our Greek salads. In exchange, he offered to put more feta cheese – who is gonna say no to more cheese? The salad was a large portion for the price and extremely fresh. The side order of falafel were crispy and had great flavor. And my friend loved her wrap! All in all this is a very tasty Mediterranean spot; so when you find the craving strike, come check this place out.

Wow, our food was absolutely delicious! We placed our order online for pick up. The gyro and chicken kabobs had so much flavor, the rice was soft and light, and the pita with tzaziki sauce were a great combination. The owner is very kind and hard at work preparing these orders. We appreciated how our food truly tasted like a good home-cooked meal. We will be back and recommend this place to others!
