After searching for a truly exceptional salon in Birmingham, I can confidently say that Medivine has exceeded every expectation. The salon is immaculate, well organised, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The team is professional, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I had appointments for both hair and nails, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Hair: My hair had been significantly damaged due to an incorrect colour application at another salon the previous month. Ela took the time to listen carefully to my concerns with remarkable patience and professionalism. Her expertise was evident from the consultation itself, as she accurately identified exactly what my hair required. The colour correction was executed flawlessly, resulting in a beautifully balanced shade that I had been hoping for. Ela is exceptionally talented and a true asset to Medivine. She will undoubtedly be my preferred stylist going forward. Nails: My BIAB extensions were done by Eli, who kindly accommodated my last-minute appointment. She worked with great precision and patience, and the final result was elegant and perfectly finished. I would also like to sincerely thank Elen for her kindness, for styling my hair so beautifully, and for ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit with thoughtful service and refreshments. What truly sets Medivine apart is that this premium level of service is offered at very reasonable and affordable prices. I would highly recommend Medivine to anyone in Birmingham looking for a refined, professional, and high-quality salon experience. It is now my go-to salon

Fantastic place with relaxing vibes. Mahsa is a talented nail tech. I was initially a bit nervous as my nails were quite short but she worked her magic and even fixed my broken nail. She talked me through the possibilities and recommended designs to help me decide. She was able to customise the colours for my BIAB and also made me feel relaxed. We had a lovely chat which made the whole experience quite pleasant and fun. Definitely recommend her. 💚 Great customer service.

I had my nails and hair done at this salon and had such a great experience. The customer service was amazing, and everyone really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Eli did my nails, and it was my first time getting BIAB. She explained the difference between BIAB and acrylic nails really well and talked me through all the benefits. I love how my nails turned out and will definitely be back. 💚 Flora did my hair, which was a big job, but she was so patient and explained each step along the way. I’m really happy with my new hair colour and haircut. The only downside is that my curls drop after about an hour because of the humidity. Still, thank you so much, Flora, for all your hard work. ❤️ The salon is super clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and you’re always offered a drink when you sit down. The vibe is great. I’ll definitely be going back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Medivine Salon today! My sister, who has Down syndrome (@alwaysxalima - Instagram) had her nails done and the staff were incredibly caring and attentive to her needs. Even though we hadn’t booked in advance, they kindly managed to fit her in without any trouble. A special thank you to the lovely young lady who did her nails—it was her 21st birthday yesterday, and she went above and beyond to make my sister feel comfortable and confident. My sister left the salon beaming with joy and absolutely loving her new set of purple nails. Happy Birthday once again from us, and thank you for making her day so special!

I had a great experience and time at this salon in terms of hair care. Flora was my hair specialist and she took great care of my hair. And I admired her overall hospitality. First let me begin with how cool the hair washing chair was. It had a massage built in feature. So cool and relaxing. Also I liked that she twisted my head during washing to ensure there is less water that enters my eases and for thorough hair washing. During the Blowdry experience itself, she applied the heat protection cream before starting. The hairstyle itself was well done and I felt so happy after she finished. Moreover, I enjoyed chatting with her and knowing her. She is so lovely. I really admired her and I hope for her the best 🥰. I have to note that she welcomed me easily to the place, and at the end, she gave me water as well (she offered other drinks). I had a pleasant time here. Gladly, it was next to my accommodation. As for the place, it is cozy, and features a range of services, including nails and hair. Their website displays information accurately, and cool features such as pay in the salon, or pay beforehand (online). The place is also clean and well-organised. The staff in general were kind, which made me generally happy.
