I had such a lovely experience at this Lush store. I was helped by a girl called Hafsah (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), and she was great. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect moisturising bar as well as a bath bomb. She showed me a range of products based on the scent profiles I said I liked, and was so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had-she was so sweet!<3

Had my first ever spa treatment here. My partner and I booked the hour long validation facial treatment and we were blown away. Lydia and Sandra were professional, caring, and really helpful when it came to the procedures and the products being used. We felt like we really had an input as to how the procedures were carried out and how it was tailored to our own preferences and skin types etc. Lydia has clearly made some kind of a pact with a greater being to obtain her skills - her treatment of me was absolute bliss.
