Amazing service, caring doctors and staff. Every single person we came across was amazing. Our dog needed life saving surgery after another dog attacked him. Dr. Knox was wonderful at admission, Dr. Wyatt was an amazing surgeon, Dr. Pearson and Dr. Delgado were loving and caring critical care doctors. The ICU staff (Margaret, Autumn amd Molly) were taking care of our dog as if he were their own. We strongly recommend this place for any of your pets needs.

I can only speak to Medvet’s oncology department, but they are wonderful. Kathy at the front desk is always so welcoming and was a saint when my dog Zoey got sick in the lobby after her last chemo appointment. Dr. Byrum and Kelsey are a fantastic oncology team and did everything they could to make a negative experience positive. I never felt pressured to go a certain route with Zoey’s chemo, and they were very sympathetic and kind when she inevitably stopped responding to her treatment. The space itself is also very large and not over crowded at all, nice and bright lighting which helps when you end up spending a great deal of time at the vet. While Zoey unfortunately succumbed to her lymphoma last week, she lived for 2.5 years after her diagnosis thanks to the oncology team.

We were very pleased with the Neurologist that seen our baby girl. She explained everything to us that was/could be going on with her back legs. She was extremely nice to us and our fur baby. In fact when it was time to leave our baby didn’t want to go! I will add that they are expensive.

I cannot begin to explain my gratitude to the wonderful, caring, and compassion staff at MedVet. They gave my girl incredible care and explained everything to me clearly every step of the way. Yesterday was a rough day – for me and my cat – but it was so much better than it could have been, thanks to MedVet. ❤️🐾

My sweet precious vocal baby boy Noctis had a serious medical issue . Thankfully I didn’t wait 2 long an took him in … . . I havenot been so nervous anxious since I had kids and the nurses an docs have been more then calming . I’m still home monitoring him which is also by far scariest thing ever . I called at 1 am and they reassured me what to look for an if I need to bring him back in . And even allowing him to be monitored at home so he is more comfortable to me shows me they care about what’s best an not what cost more . I wanna thank all the ppl working who helped my sweet boy . I will forever be thankful for you an the work you do . And Noctis sends all his head buts! Lastly They have a cat waiting area which means a lot since me….. cat ppl seem to not get same love as dog ppl. It is an emergency room but I still appreciate that . I hope I never have to see yall again ! lol but if I do I know my fur babies are gonna be well taken care of !
