Salesperson was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed..however they gave us a delivery date of Thursday, in which our furniture was going to be dropped off and it turns out they only dropped off our sofa. We got rid of our bedroom set to make space for our new set and now I'm being told it won't be delivered till Saturday. When I called the manager was not helpful, stating another customer didn't get their sofa because mine took up all the space(as if that was somehow my fault or as if I should be grateful) when they were the one's who setup the delivery date.

I want to extend my gratitude and appreciate to Mega Furniture for helping me purchase my sectional. REYNA was my sales associate that was wonderful. She was so helpful and didn't rush us in any of the process. In fact she went the extra mile and gave us a discount apart from the sales price tagged. Highly recommend her and the store. If anyone is looking for affordable prices, excellent service, and a large variety of furniture, this is the place to go. Just to forget to ask for REYNA.

I recently visited this furniture store and had an amazing experience! Chely helped me find exactly what I was looking for — she was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted. She gave great recommendations without being pushy, and made the whole process super easy. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Chely again. Highly recommend!
