WARNING: Hostile Management, Documented Property Damage, and Hidden Ownership. Don’t go here, please! I took my 2025 Honda Civic here for a tire service and had a traumatic experience. After I questioned an unauthorized $50 charge processed before a written estimate was even provided, the "manager," who goes by the name "Andre," became extremely hostile. He began yelling at me to the point where I felt threatened and unsafe as a woman alone in the shop. The Facts: Identity Deception: We have verified via BAR licensing and public records that the man who goes by "Andre" is actually the shop owner, Usama Sabry Awad Halim. He uses an alias while refusing to provide his legal identity or insurance information to customers. Property Damage: My car was returned with a large dent on the driver’s door. I have time-stamped photos proving the car was pristine at drop-off, and photos on their lot where the Meineke sign is clearly visible in the reflection next to the damage. When I saw the dent for the first time right after the car was ready for me, I confronted Usama Halim and he made sure I felt intimidated in order for me to stop talking. Illegal Billing (BPC § 9884.9): They swiped my card 11 minutes BEFORE generating an unsigned "Estimate." This is against the law. If it happens to you, report it to the Bureau of Automotive Repair BAR. Unprofessional Conduct: The owner yelled at me after questioning his honesty to take my tire and leave, yet still charged a $20 disposal fee for a tire I took home. Corporate Negligence: I contacted Meineke Corporate (rep Wendy) multiple times. They were aware but protected the owner and refused to provide his legal name or insurance carrier. According to Meineke corporate they can’t force this franchise to refund the money or even to give their insurance information for the damage. I have filed a formal investigation with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (Case #HA2026-8951). I am sharing this so others—especially women—know that this shop uses intimidation and aliases to avoid accountability.

Bad experience. I asked the price 2–3 times but was not told. After paying, they charged $99.98. Staff’s English was hard to understand and their attitude felt rude. Please always ask the price first before any work, otherwise they may overcharge you.

I was also charged additional fees without clear explanation. Customer service was unprofessional, and I have video evidence of my request being refused. Recommend double-checking everything before using this location.
