I called asking for a quote, and he ended up leading me to right place to pick up a new window for my car, even though I most likely was going to do it myself. His price is extremely reasonable. Emilio is a super genuine guy and he’s great at communicating with his customers. I would highly recommend him!

Very quick turnaround time after I requested quote via his website. Not only Emilio knows his stuff, he's the only auto glass guy that actually cares about your car. The level of detail he explains why/how of the process is beyond outstanding. And his price is great. He could definitely charge more for what he does.

Emilio was referred word-of-mouth by a trusted neighbor who has twice needed his service. Autoglass Medics and Emilio will always be in my contacts! The Bay Area unfortunately has a large number of car break-ins via smashed windows. Emilio provides great communication via text and phone, responds quickly, is courteous and patient (I originally gave incorrect information to him about which car window needed replacement!) and most important, is able to provide needed service in a timely manner. Bonus: Medics' much lower price than the big corporate company now affiliated with AAA Auto Insurance Emilio is the one-man dream team of autoglass specialists.

Emilio offers fast, accommodating, professional, high-quality service. He will come to your home - super convenient while we're working from home anyway. After he completed the chip repair on my windshield, he washed all of my windows. Also, he didn't mention that he did, but it sure looked like he vacuumed my floor mats too. What a guy! I will definitely refer friends & family to his business. Thanks Emilio!!!
