My front window of my apartment broke, my property manager sent a guy that wanted to charge 2× times what On Time quoted me, so I'm glad I choose them instead. He took the broken pane away and returned in an hour, installed it and even removed the boards that the maintenance guy put up. Fast, and affordable. Highly recommended.

I called On Time Residential to replace my broken patio glass window. The technician can quickly to replace it. The installation took less than an hour. The broken glass was cleaned thoroughly, even the broken debris that was around. I was worried that some remaining glass could be around the apartment which is not safe for my cat, but I didn't find any because he did a fantastic job. They have a fast and professional service, I highly recommend this place for residential glass and auto glass as well, as I used it two times in SF already ☺️

I had the exterior pane of two double-pane windows break and needed them repaired. These guys were super responsive--I reached out on a Saturday evening and had a response with a quote for the work the same evening with availability to take measurements as early as Monday. I had them take measurements on Wednesday and they installed the glass Friday. Friendly service people, on time, did the work well, and for the price quoted. No BS, just got the job done quickly and easily. I would absolutely use them again for any window repair.

This is the best glass company I’ve dealt with hands down. My front passenger window was shattered during an overnight break in. Being from out of town and on a tight schedule during a weekend, I called On Time Glass who was also the first to answer with a real person and not a recording! Within two hours of my call on a weekend, I my window was repaired and I was back on the road. Manuel and his team took care of everything, didn’t leave a speck of broken glass anywhere and made sure my automatic window worked properly. I would hire them again in an instant!

Got my window broke into during the rain storm, and Walter came out and fixed it before it started raining again. Other places gave me quotes but said I’d have to wait days/weeks to fix. 2.5 hrs after my window was busted, Walter drove away with it all fixed up and they matched the quote of the other place I was setting an appointment with. Appreciate getting me back operational so quick, since it’s my work vehicle.
