10-4 Tow Of Oakland was an absolutely amazing tow service to contact when my tire was busted and sitting on the rim. Natalia picked up the phone and was super nice and friendly. I asked about their pricing and she gave me an option. However, even when I could not meet the pricing for their towing service, she went out of her way to find a service adjusted to my budget, which is very accommodating. The driver, even in the slightly tedious condition of towing on a slope, perfectly lifted my vehicle safely onto the truck. My car battery died shortly before this, and even then he came prepared and was courteous to jump my car on top of that! Highly recommend 10-4 Tow Of Oakland , best prices and amazing customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Jonathan at 10-4 Towing of Oakland. I originally called for a tow and was quoted a price that was unfortunately out of my budget. But the representative was super understanding and asked me what I could afford. Within seconds, they found a technician willing to work within my budget! They let me know the wait time might be 60–90 minutes, which I was totally fine with but to my surprise, Jonathan called less than 10 minutes later and said he was already on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. He arrived quickly, was incredibly professional, and even went above and beyond by diagnosing what was wrong with my car on the spot. Not only that he helped me park my car in a tight, narrow driveway like a pro. Affordable, fast, honest, and helpful. I definitely recommend Jonathan and 10-4 Towing if you ever need assistance in Oakland!
