Jada and Simone were both really nice, and very helpful in finding the right sizes for the rings I was interested in. Simone was very knowledgeable about the jewelry materials and both associates were very transparent about gold vermeil vs their solid gold jewelry.
Huge shout out to Elise! She helped my fiance and I pick our our wedding bands, answering all our questions, and letting us try on multiple sizes and styles! She grabbed us some bubbly water and gave our dog some love. It was a great experience, and I already loved to shop Mejuri!
I had a very nice experience picking up a tennis bracelet here. All of the associates and security guard were very friendly and helpful. I had to exchange the bracelet because there was an issue with one of the links, but the process was very smooth and pleasant. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Don’t understand the negative reviews. I was hesitant because of them but my experience was great. Ordered a ring online which ended up being too small, so I came in and the girls exchanged it for me with one that fit. They were also so nice and sweet, and offered a beverage. Thank youuuuu!
idk why this place has such harsh reviews- I’ve been in multiple times, to browse, purchase and even make returns and exchanges and every single time the girls working there have been extremely helpful & friendly- it’s always been a good experience! their jewelry selection is gorgeous especially if you’re into gold
