The team here have been wonderful with every interaction we have had with them. The doctors and team that were involved in our little one’s procedure were as caring and guiding as they were knowledgeable and professional. The entire process, including post-op, has been handled in a diligent and comprehensive fashion. It’s very clear that everyone here has a deep compassion for cats!

An excellent local service I’m still getting to know their team but their head vet is very experienced and thorough which is what we need at the moment to sort out an ongoing condition with Maincoon kitten , some parking for emergencies out the fro t , quick medication pic ups work well and plenty of on street parking scattered around regardless of the big. Building construction locally there is still flow and spots available .

Dr Jamelle Buono was incredibly professional and caring for my cat, especially as it was our first visit and my cat was being difficult. Her willingness to answer all my questions and her advice regarding how to make future vet visits easier on my cat is invaluable, not all vets will do this for you. The reception team were also very helpful in making sure I book in the right procedures and were overall professional and efficient. Can highly recommend MCV.

Dr Rachael has been incredibly helpful, kind, and honest. She handled my cat very gently and clearly explained what care was needed, which made the whole experience reassuring. The nurse was also very friendly, and the cost was very reasonable. They even followed up with a message after the appointment to check on my cat’s condition after the anaesthetic. Although I don’t live nearby, this will always be the first place I go if my cat is unwell. Thank you 😸

Very pleasant first checkup for Moe with Dr Hannah! Compared to previous vet experiences, both myself and Moe had a wonderful and more importantly comfortable time interacting with Dr Hannah who gave lots of useful information on how to better care for him. Moe was so comfortable that it looked like he was so ready to take a good nap within a few minutes of being in the room. Good job on providing such a caring and efficient service to the Melbourne cat community! Dearly needed and appreciated!
