I will be coming back to Melbourne Heating & Cooling for any HVAC needs that I have in the future. The team were great to work with, and Deb was an absolute pleasure in helping me with what I needed. Stuart & James arrived at the noted time and had my evap unit serviced and new pump installed in no time. 10/10 service. Highly recommend!!

We had a challenge to install heating and cooling to our massive warehouse based retail stote. This store went more than 20 years without any form of proper heating or cooling. In winter it felt like stepping into a dark cave where the cold settled into everything, and in summer it turned into a full blown oven that made it almost impossible to work comfortably. Over the years, countless companies came through, had a quick look, and refused to even quote. The size of the building and the height of the roof were simply too much for most people, and it felt like the problem would never be solved. Then Peter and Debra walked in. From the moment they arrived, they brought a completely different energy. Instead of turning away like everyone else, they saw the space as a challenge they were genuinely excited to tackle. They took the time to understand the layout of the building, talked through our needs, looked at every angle and came back with ideas that no one else had even considered. They put in an incredible amount of thought and effort, sketching out a plan, doing all the calculations, designing the system from the ground up and making sure every detail was spot on. What they delivered is nothing short of impressive. They built a system that not only works brilliantly, keeping the store comfortable all year round, but is also affordable and easy to maintain. The transformation is unbelievable. Walking into the store now feels like stepping into a completely different place. It has changed the comfort, the atmosphere, and even the way the space is used. What they have created truly feels like a bit of magic. I asked Melbourne Heating & Cooling for a quote to replace an existing hot water system that is 27 years old but still working just fine. They contacted me very promptly and explained that there is no need to replace a good quality hot water system that is old but working fine with no symptoms of any problems. I appreciated very much that they gave me such honest advice, which saved me a lot of time, effort and expense. They could easily have made more business for themselves by offering me a new system.

Recently our heat pump hot water service started running 24 hours a day, using lots of power. We decided to replace it with a Rheem AmbiPower 280e Heat Pump. This was recommended and supplied by the Melbourne Heating and Cooling company which is in Pakenham Victoria. The unit works flawlessly and supplies a great amount of hot water. If fully drained it reheats in approx. 4 hours. The crew from Melbourne heating and cooling did a fantastic job replacing our faulty old unit with the new one from Rheem. Especially as it was an urgent replacement due to old one failing. We even managed to receive a hot water rebate in the Victorian Solar Homes Program. Very impressed with both the new hot water system and the company installing it.

From my initial enquiry to the completion of the installation of the split system, it was a seamless and very friendly and professional experience. Debra gave me all the required details upfront. Dave the electrician ( installer ) called in and advised me on the size and type of unit that would suit the area to be covered. Then I ordered the recommended split system. Within a week the installation was complete. I highly recommend Melbourne Heating and Cooling. Fast, efficient, honest and professional.
