Great experience. Rankin was patient, answered all my questions, and clearly knew his stuff. The repair was handled efficiently and fairly, with no pressure or upselling. Really appreciated how easy he was to talk to, his friendly hospitality made me feel at ease while I tested my repaired PC. Treated me like a human, not just another job. Would happily recommend.

I’m so grateful for the excellent service I received from this business. He was able to get my grandma’s old laptop charging again, which meant I could recover really special photos that I thought were lost. I’m already planning to go back to him to help with my PC as well. Highly recommend!
