Love this dentist! Every cleaning I’ve had has been efficient, and both the hygienists and dentists—especially Dr. Abdou—are incredibly kind. I also love that they have TVs above you to watch during cleanings, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Special shoutout to Jordan for being so thoughtful and attentive during my visit while pregnant- making sure I was comfortable, clearly explaining everything, and consistently checking in. Highly recommend this place!
They are not transparent about billing and prices. I had an appointment in May and was billed in late October. I emailed two times to get clarification and it wasn’t until I used their contact us page that they responded. They are late in responding to their own email and are more expensive than surrounding dental clinics. Choose another place.
I began experiencing some soreness in one of my molars just a few days before an anticipated long vacation. Worried that it would worsen when on holiday, I immediately called Memorial Park Dental one morning--and that same day I was given an afternoon appointment! When I arrived, I was very-well attended by dental assistant Angela. She has a great personality, she played some wonderful relaxing jazz music and helped put my mind at ease, as I was a bit anxious with an upcoming trip and not knowing what would be needed. Doctor C reviewed my xrays and took the time to show me where the root had fractured, showing me the new xray compared to the previous one that did not have the issue. This fracture caused an infection on this tooth that previously had a root canal done on it. In an hour's time, he was able to numb my gums, extract the tooth without any pain, do a bone replacement graft and suture me up. This team explains everything so well. They are always checking in on you to see how you are doing, and they are just very professional and very approachable at the same time. I highly recommend!
My favorite dental office by far! My Invisalign journey has been a breeze, Nuri is amazing! Dr.Abdou is wonderful. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes when coming for an appointment. And they have a great dental program they offer (which was better than dental insurance I was looking at). My sister goes here now too, we have nothing but great things to say about this office!
I was so nervous to go in this morning. It’s been awhile since I had been able to make it to a dentist. Front desk girlies were super warm and friendly. I love that positive attitude especially working on a Saturday at 7AM. Jordan was ABSOLUTELY amazing, I appreciate him being so kind and easing my anxiety. He was very thorough and explained everything. Thank you Jordan! The doctor was also very kind. I forgot her name but gosh you all were wonderful. Thank you so much. I found my new dentist!!
