I’m new to caring for a dog, and Memphis Animal Clinic made sure I had everything I needed to start this journey confidently. We came in for vaccines, and my sweet girl Cookie (a Belgian Malinois) had a mild reaction afterward. I stayed calm because Dr. Clayton and the team had already prepared me for what might happen, which I really appreciated. It helped me know what to look for and not to panic. When the reaction appeared, I contacted the clinic right away and they guided me through the next steps. They even took Cookie in for the day to monitor her and get her back to her normal self. I sent photos of the reaction, and Dr. Clayton explained exactly what was happening. I truly appreciated how seriously they took the situation, even though it could have been minor, they never made me feel dismissed. Their communication through both phone and email was excellent. Honestly, all clinics, for human and animal, could take notes from them!

I loved my experience here! My kitten Eevee was so relaxed the entire time which was a blessing for her first vet visit, as well she fell asleep the moment she got home. The vet tech was super nice and so was Dr. Clayton, who didn't make me feel dumb or anything about my questions/concerns. The pricing wasn't outrageous either for everything that I got. With full adult vaccinations, testing, and dewormer it was $240. I was recommended by a friend and I will be switching here for all my animals now!

I love bringing my dog Jack here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always work with you if you’re on a budget. They are very prompt to get you back into a room. We see Dr. Lynn and she is just amazing. Kind, caring and compassionate. She really takes the time to listen and talk with you. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Staff Were friendly and welcoming, Walked me through my pets needs and willing to work with a budget on the cost. The veterinarian was a wonderful person and my pet felt comfortable in the surroundings. Costs for procedures and medications were reasonable. Would recommend to everyone!
