I was greeted by a teleprompter. My orders were not there. The lady that took my appointment said she thought I said I would be bringing them with me except we never had that conversation. I feel like she should have had my orders ready to go. If your office is up to date enough to have a teleprompter greet you then you should have the capabilities to email me any and all paperwork to fill out prior to visit instead of asking me to come 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time which wasn’t going to happen. If you need me there 30 minutes prior then you should accommodate me sitting for 30 minutes with a bad back otherwise do your homework and have EMR fill out your paperwork for me to sign it. C’mon now. Have referring physician send over the exact paperwork that you are asking me to fill out and print it off and then I can initial your financials. Why do people make things so hard. Do you think my paperwork is going to change from a week ago when I saw referring physical? My actual therapist Teresa, was very nice and personable and easy to connect with. She listened and was very attentive. I do like her. This was only my first visit and I am skeptical about physical therapy but my back did feel better with the stretches she did. I guess my complaint is more on the administrative side of things. We should be way more advanced than this.

I was privileged to be treated by several of the therapists and interns. They are all very professional and kind. Sometimes the therapy was intense, but I was encouraged by each of them. I will probably be there again for something. Thank you all: Emily, Ryan, Teresa, Jalonny, Awesome New Guy!!

Every therapist at the Bartlett location has been great to work with. They are focused on helping me get well and I could see that with every person they worked with. I will always go there when the need arises.

I spent part of 5 weeks with Emily as my therapist for a lower back issue. Emily listens intently and did a great job of targeting my trouble area. She knew the exercises that would strengthen my core and other areas to help my back. She led me through a program of stretches and exercises that increased in “difficulty” in order to help, and it definitely made a difference for me. Thankful for my experience at Memphis Physical.
