The company is reliable and did all the pick ups on a timely basis. There was a little glitch in communication, but overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them.

Jeimy was incredibly considerate allowing a drop off and pick up closer to our dining venue based on some mobility challenged guests. She also assisted with loading all 20+ passengers in the rain. Highly recommend!

We had another incredible series of rides and transportation provided for my wedding clients last night by MIB. I’m highly impressed by their steady communication by the dispatch drivers and company in general as well await their arrival. This organization truly puts the customers/ clients’ needs and requests first and they have earned my repeat business because of this.

Few communication issues but overall the experience was great. I had to remind them of pre-discussed headcount updates a few times and not updating the meeting location which caused the driver to get confused at the pickup spot but it was easy to redirect him.
