Extremely rude girl that works there. I have no words. Google says it closes at 9pm, we arrived at 8:53pm the door was closed but there was 5-6 people inside. So we knocked & the girl made a signal saying they close at 8:50pm. Another boy who works there opened the door for us & she said “we turned off the machines at 8:50” & I told her that in Google it says they close at 9 & she started making me faces & saying well it hasn’t been updated & I told her that it makes no sense because there was still people in there & she said “well that’s something you have to talk with the business” & I said “well can you tell them to update it because you work here” & she started talking over me in a very rude tone of voice saying that’s not her problem & that her manager doesn’t talk to people. All the people in there were talking about her on the side too.. she then closed the door on us & she was just cussing at me. Insane! honestly I’m going to stop coming here because the service is TERRIBLE!! I just came to YO SO COOL another frozen place Just 5 minutes away , that “closes at 9pm” & they took me in at 9:05pm. The difference!!!

Do NOT come to this Menchie’s location unless you like terrible customer service!! I don’t usually post reviews, but the past three times I’ve visited the Asian man at the counter has had the worst and rudest attitude!! I had asked for a sample cup for me and two others and he gave us one tiny sample cup, so I asked again and pointed at the two other people and he gave me just another single cup. Again I asked for another and he said only one per person. I know he clearly saw the two other (much taller than me) men and he finally gave us a third cup but it’s like he didn’t want to serve us?? Why have sample cups in the first place if it’s that big of a deal?? He watched us the whole time like we were criminals or something. It felt very uncomfortable. We decided that we didn’t want to purchase anything so we left and went to Amy’s Ice Cream +tipped. All we wanted to do was try the new flavors and buy our froyo, but that man is sooo unwelcoming every single time.

I always love going to menchies because of their wide selection of topping and fro yo. I always am able to try something new here. Based off of how much your fro yo weighs that’s how they get the cost. I recommend if you want something easy to get.

Hello your favorite secret shopper here. I came to Menchies today where I had the please of meeting 3 young ladies that work in the store. I ask the young ladies how are they able to service the customers and there is no soap in the bathroom. I was told that they get paid $8 to just stand there. I was present when Mr. U made sure the bar was stocked and there was hand sanitizer. There was one young girl that called someone and lied . Called me a Karen I think is the word she used, she did not agree with me asking why there was no soap in the bathroom and began to be rude. I listened to her lie to someone on the phone about my so called attitude while they stood and played on their cell phones. Melody very professional. The other two should be fired. In no way should a customer be treated in that manner. The bar is not stocked and nothing is done. Told that it is the morning crews job.

I have been second time here. It’s really easy and delicious system. Ice creams taste are really nice. There is a lot of choices and also for topping too.
