Rachael has created one of my favorite places to shop in both Norfolk and Va Beach. Unique pieces to wear to events and the office along with fun edgy jewelry and adorable gifts! I just left there with a new dress for work, skirt and shirt for a holiday party and sweater and pair of jeans! Aside from Rachael’s great eye for fashion I love supporting a local woman owned business.

This store and its local vibe is exactly what West Norfolk needed. I find something perfect every.single.time I go in. It’s well organized, offers current but classic quality pieces, and the price point hits that sweet spot between “bargain shopper” and “luxury spender.” I’ve purchased blazers for work, dresses for parties, bags, gifts, shoes, and jewelry here. I even once stopped in after having spilled lunch on my shirt on my way to an event and found something fast—changed into the new top in the dressing room and made it to the meeting with time to spare! Highly recommend!

This new clothing store took the place of the former vintage treasure store. Super friendly owner inside happy to answer questions and point you toward a new style or sale. I saw some beautiful clothing inside at very reasonable prices. Dresses, pants, summer outfits, t-shirts and other blouses and dressier fare. Some really cute summer dresses were out when I browsed in early May 2023. Excellent addition to this little shopping center.

Mercy O is my go-to for all things happy…Think Anthropologie with affordable prices! From stylish attire, one-of-kind jewelry and accessories to fun and nifty gifts for every occasion! I could spend hours perusing the shop. Soooo happy to have this gem in my neighborhood! See you tomorrow, Mercy O!

This shop is simply perfect from the welcoming vibe the moment you walk in the door to the exquisite atmosphere all throughout the boutique. The owner Rachael truly has an eye for style and the talent to specifically cater to your individual needs all while keeping everything so affordable! She has resolved many of my last minute clothing dilemmas with ease. Mercy O has become my go-to for everyday clothing, special occasions and even for a unique birthday, baby or hostess gift which makes it a one stop shop. It even does the trick when you just need a little shopping therapy!!
