It’s hard to summarise perfection. I must start with Keisha, our contact at Merlin, our planner, organiser, visionary, go to for ‘everything’ person, there just isn’t enough words. She made the whole experience of wedding organisation so calm, smooth and seamless and for this we are forever grateful. The venue speaks for itself. Truly magical. Our guests were blown away with the surroundings, so unique. Intimate and ever changing. The catering package was great. The choices of food although not extensive was delicious, the drinks suited us perfectly and the cocktails a huge winner with our guests. We would not hesitate to recommend your next occasion to be held by such a knowledgeable and capable company, with their venues so unique and fun. In our opinion, absolutely second to none.

We recently celebrated a huge milestone event at the aquarium and Merlin Events was an absolute dream to work with. Keisha and the team were responsive, compassionate, enthusiastic and went above and beyond to the ensure that we had a magical evening. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The merlin staff were incredible in both the lead up and running of the event. All of their staff were professional, caring, accommodating and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the night. I can not recommend them or their event space highly enough (Sydney Sea Life Aquarium).

Our experience with the Merlin Events team was perfect! We organised a cocktail in the main events room of the Sea Life Aquarium and their staff was very professional: everything was delivered on time and as agreed. Also, they always helped when they can, even if it was beyond their scope. Their venues are ideal for guests who don't know each other, it is the perfect ice-breaker.

I have held several events at Merlin Entertainment both on a corporate and personal level in a various range of venues. We had a beautiful meal in the aquarium for a large group of friends a volunteer thank you event and most recently a sustainability event in Madame Tussaud’s with 100 leaders. The service, uniqueness of venue, food and beverage has blown us away every time.
