Love the Mermaid family. I am a tough client and I love the experience this last year with the salon and my magic hair mermaids! They are fast and efficient and do a fantastic job of getting the right color of blonde in my foils and matching my extensions. 🧜♀️ Also love the name tags Gabby!

I did not have a great experience. The people there are very nice, but my hair was a disaster. I went to another salon and they took these pictures showing the bald spots and the matting. The bottom 2 photos are after I used the same hair applied with a different method. Their method had the extensions right on top of each other, which caused a lot of of the matting . My own hair was over processed with the color that they dd and I have breakage damage to my real hair . I did not know the extent of the damage because obviously I can’t see the back of my head. When I called to let Mermaid know about this I was told I should have noticed it right away. Again, obviously I couldn’t see the back of my hair so I didn’t know the exact damage. That was like my 3rd time going there so I wasn’t just a new client making a complaint. I have had hair extension for over 15 years and this has never happened before. I wish that they would’ve asked me to come in and look at it when I called but I was blown off. Very disappointed and very expensive. I definitely will not go back!!

Absolutely love mermaid hair extensions! I’m on my second year doing tape-ins and they last forever, match perfectly and are easy to maintain. They blend the color so perfectly you can’t tell where my real hair ends.

The customer service and attention that is given at Mermaid makes you feel like a movie star!! Everyone who works there is a top notch stylist and the team works together to take care of everyone. My extensions look natural and I have NEVER received more compliments on my hair… it’s an investment, but one that is very well worth it!!

I did not want to write a negative review as I am a big proponent of small business and discussing issues and finding solutions, unfortunately this was a terrible experience me. I was refunded for my service, however my 24 inch extensions are now very short, my hair is chopped and the color is not what I asked for. It will cost me a lot of money and time to have this corrected. My hair looks worse than it did before I came into the salon. I was hoping the salon would make this right but they felt like a refund was enough. I do not recommend spending your time and money going here.
