Yasmin Vinograd and her clerk Sarah are absolutely wonderful! They are both extremely knowledgeable and very kind and understanding to their clients. They guided me through a dispute which ended in mediation and the outcome was more than favorable! Yasmin is an excellent attorney and extremely organized and very detail oriented. I never want to HAVE to use her services again but if I ever need to Merovitz Potechin and Yasmin will be my first call! Thank you for everything.

I retained this firm to act on my behalf in the purchase and closing of a property. Just before moving in, I discovered serious issues that should have been identified through proper permit and compliance searches, which I specifically paid the firm to complete. A 100 x 50 ft building, the toilets, and the floor drainage system on the property had all been installed without the required permits. The toilets and floor drainage were illegally discharging waste into protected wetlands. I only became aware of these issues when I asked the previous owner to have the septic system serviced prior to moving in. These matters were missed entirely by the firm, despite being discoverable through standard due-diligence searches. As a direct result of these failures, I incurred close to $200,000 in out-of-pocket losses. When I attempted to cancel the transaction after discovering these issues, Matthew Reardon required me to sign a document releasing the firm from any responsibility and stated the firm would not proceed unless I signed. I signed this document under pressure and duress, as I had no reasonable alternative at the time. In my personal experience, I found Matthew Reardon’s conduct to be misleading and untrustworthy, particularly in how the situation was handled to protect the firm’s interests rather than mine. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm for real estate transactions. The lack of due diligence and the pressure tactics used caused me significant financial harm.

On a glance, this would seem to be a very successful team. I will never discover their capabilities personally, however, since they demanded $1000 in their very first communication to cover the initial consultation to determine if they were the right fit for my needs. Based on that offensive policy. I have been able to determine that they are not the right fit for our needs. If the intent is to separate the chaff, well done. Edit: Understood, and thanks for your reply. When you eventually discontinue this policy, I will remove this review since it will no longer be relevant.

We're super happy we found MP LLP just by online search. In contrast to all other legal firms who demanded $2500-$5000 to book a phone call, MP LLP had a FREE phone conversation to understand the issue and if they can assist or not. This definitely is a FAIR and reasonable approach compared to all other LLPs who put "Dollar First!". Moving forward we felt absolutely blessed to have found this law firm - they have many team members specializing in broad spectrum of legal issues and so we received a "full service", one stop shop, including LITIGATION, which most legal firms avoid and are afraid of. Maxim and Christopher as well as other MP LLP team members collaborated to help us and we cannot overstate how grateful we are. We are "clients for life" now. From Real Estate transactions, Tenant Landlord issues to insurance problems ... every time its the best "value for money", always top results. If need be MP goes to fight for you in court, in front of the judge, they are the best!
