We had an excellent experience with Francispillai Law. Despite our closing taking place during the holidays, everything was handled promptly and we closed on time with no issues. First time homebuyers, we were recommended Francispillai Law from our real estate agent. The signing appointment with Stephen went well and he was very detailed and thorough in his explanation of each document and closing costs. We found at times the support staff were hard to get a hold of or not very responsive. Some of the timelines previously assured by Stephen seemed to slip when dealing with said staff, but i suspect this could also be a symptom of a busy moving season (we closed on our house mid July). All in all an OK experience, not perfect but not terrible.
