1st Amy and Bethany showed up to our home, they claimed they could not do certain areas, even though I paid for a deep clean, my bathroom, shower door, floors, half bath, kitchen sink, hallway floors and upstairs trash were off left undone or half done if that. 2nd I complained immediately upon inspecting after they left, because they were in a hurry to get to the next job, sent photos as instructed, was told I would get a call the next day after my email was read and photos sent. The next day I had to call them. The owner Jill says they decided not to charge me since my cleaning was so unprofessional and incomplete, yet I still have a charge on my card and I do not feel enough in my home was cleaned to justify even a partial payment. This was my 1st experience ever using a home cleaner and I am extremely regretting the choice I made. Now on top of that my husband can't find his favorite popcorn bowl that was in the kitchen and he thinks they may have tossed it. SMH

Can't believe I waited so long to call MM. An exceptional experience. So grateful. 60+ hour weeks and 3 pets. Needed to call in reinforcements and the peace alone is so worth it. Bianca is a gem!

There were a few tasks that were overlooked by the cleaner. I called and left Jill a message. She responded via text that an upgrade would be necessary for the missed items as those are considered deep cleaning. The website lists what is included and I sent her this info. She never responded.
