I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction regarding the deep cleaning service for which I paid $600, performed in my 317 sq. ft. townhouse, with a maximum duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service provided did not meet the expectations associated with a deep cleaning. At the end of the service, the top of the refrigerator was still greasy, and several shelves were not properly dusted. Items such as photo frames, candles, and other decorative objects were not moved, which significantly limited the quality of the cleaning. Additionally, the cleaning appeared to have been carried out largely using dry cloths. The light fixtures and chandeliers were not cleaned, nor were the refrigerator, cabinets, or various objects. These are tasks that would normally be included when paying extra for a deep cleaning service. Considering the amount charged, I expected a far more thorough and professional level of service. By comparison, I have previously used another cleaning company whose regular cleaning was much more detailed and offered at a significantly more reasonable price. In all honesty, I do not believe the service provided was worth the cost charged. I was particularly disappointed to have paid $600 with the expectation of not having to clean afterward, only to find myself having to complete the cleaning myself.
