DO NOT USE THIS “BUSINESS.” I had never used this company but scheduled for the first time and had a terrible experience. I was forced to cancel for a family emergency, requiring my family to go out of town. I let them know on Friday. and was scheduled for that following Monday. David, the owner, charged me $300 anyway. My bank reimbursed me the money he STOLE from me. He is a crook, and Merry Maids is a scam. (They are not accredited by the Business Bureau, as I learned following the sorry mistake I made to provide my card number prior to receiving any service.)

As a widower I depend on Merry Maids to keep my apartment as clean and spotless as my late wife did. And they DO!. Over the years cleaning personal come and go but the but the consistent quality of the cleaning team has made the results always 5 Star.
