These must be fake reviews, as my experience was anything but good. A team of 3 cleaners stopped by my home on Saturday to clean a little under 1,000 sqft (a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and basement). After the maids left, I came home to find multiple areas had been missed and overlooked. The ceiling fan still had dust build up on the blades, the chandelier in the dining room had dust and cobwebs on it, my glass sconces in the dining room had not been touched and were dusty, the windows were streaked, the baseboards were completely overlooked and still had dust, the window seals still had paw prints, dust and hair from my pets, essentially, it looked and felt like the cleaners had arrived, wiped down the countertops and appliances and vacuumed/mopped. I spoke with Hannah at the office and described my concerns. She did offer to have the cleaners return, however I informed her that my family had just returned from urgent care where we tested positive for Covid. I woke up this morning (Tuesday) to see a charge of $270 from Molly Maid. I called in and spoke again to Hannah, where I described the concerns above, reminded her that I’d spoke to her on Saturday and said ‘I’m happy paying for the work they completed, but I shouldn’t have to pay full price when they missed so much.’. Hannah then got very rude, kept trying to speak ontop of me, etc and essentially said that it’s their policy to have the maids return. I again explained that my family just tested positive for Covid and that if Hannah was unwilling to work with me, they were welcome to return and do the job correctly if they didn’t care about getting sick. Hannah again, was very rude, tried forcing and bullying her voice over mine to cut me off and talk on top of me. Again, very unfortunate customer service ontop of subpar cleaning. Will not be returning.

Team 3 (Jayden and Teresa) have been great. Our house isn't just clean; it feels reset. The kind of clean where you walk in and immediately exhale. What I appreciate most is how consistent they are. They communicate clearly, show up on time, and work with a quiet efficiency that makes it obvious they know what they’re doing. They also handle our home with care (nothing feels rushed, rearranged or disrupted.) We’re grateful for them and highly recommend Molly Maid.

We’ve been very happy with our Molly Maid service! They are prompt and make our house look great. It is always so relaxing to come home to a clean house. They even take the time to arrange our daughter’s stuffed animals on her bed in new fun arrangements. She is so excited to see it every time! Thank you, Team 7, for the awesome work!
