My second time coming back with my mom's dog (Penny) for a bath & nail trim since she wasn't feeling well, but unable to; then it doesn't help that her dog can be anxious at times which caused a challenge in keeping her nails trimmed (she was way overdue for it). Me and my sister came in & had a bather take care of her. The front desk person was so knowledgeable & helpful & my mom's dog was in and out in no time!

Love coming here. I’ve brought both my old man whom I lost last year and my new puppy here. The staff is always friendly, and the tubs are always open! I absolutely adore the deshedding shampoo and conditioner (I have a Malinois you can only imagine the hair). Baby the Macaw always says hello and is such a pretty girl! Dante and Monster (rest in peace sweet boy) have always given this place a 10/10 paws! Also their seasonal pumpkin scent is AMAZEPAWS for us fall/spooky season obsessed people!!!

We brought a rescue doodle to get cleaned up and ready for interviews last week. This was our first time visiting Metro Animals but it definitely won't be our last. The mom and daughter that were working there were so helpful, thoughtful and kind, and we just had the best experience! Our rescue doodle went from beige to light cream 😁

I was very pleased with the care. Chloe got the A bath haircut, the whole works, and she looked totally different from when I dropped her off. She was gorgeous. The friendliness of the employees Was exceptional.She looked like a little princess when I picked her up thank you very much.
