Odie always looks and smells good after! Takes about an hour and a half, and I like how put the dogs in an individual gated spot rather than a crate while they wait to be picked up. He sees Joey for a bath and groom.

Within 48hrs Deeply disappointed with how little effort must’ve been put into her appointment. They initially quoted me that it would take 2 to 3 hours and they called me to pick her up with only an hour of her being there. I was skeptical about that, however I was told that they tagged teamed and one person bathe her and then another person was immediately able to groom her, saving time. Now that she’s been home for a couple of days and there’s been absolutely no improvement to the shedding, I’m having a hard time believing that. I will be contacting my bank. Within 12hrs: May is a Field Golden. I paid additional fees for deshedding & as soon as we got home I noticed that just from petting her, my hand was producing shedding. I did a couple strokes with the brush & it easily grabbed more loose fur. I also requested they leave her nails alone & not to trim off the feathering on her ears & they both were trimmed short :( my bf trusted me with her first ever groom & was disappointed she returned home looking like a lab. First world problems but feeling like your requests are honored for $130+, would have been nice.

Nowhere else I would take my dog! The service is quick, consistently exceptional and I love that my dog isn't just thrown in a kennel for the day. I drop him off and usually pick him up within two hours or so. Lex is the best!
