Edit: Mazen was incredibly thoughtful and eager to resolve yesterday’s issues with me, calling and texting several times asking how he can make it right. I’m incredibly impressed by this and will file my experience yesterday into the “we all have “off days” from time to time.” I’ll stop in again soon to discuss the situation and come to an amicable resolution. Rating changed just from the care and concern shown. Exceptional professionalism to make the effort to fix this. Thank you. I’ve brought 8-10 vehicles here for detailing over the past three years. Generally I’ve been quite pleased. Today was different. Service at drop-off and pick up made me feel like I was an inconvenience to the staff. Cleaning was under par as well, back of car not completely vacuumed, dirt in door frames. If wouldn’t have asked about some sap on the hood, it would have been left there because I didn’t purchase the top exterior detail. I mean it took less than 5 minutes to remove. Could have been handled before or after the exterior wash. Just generally felt that I didn’t get $200+ of service. I may have to look elsewhere next time. Sorry.
